Dialogue Advisory Group
The Dialogue Advisory Group (DAG) is an independent organisation that facilitates political dialogue to reduce violence. They create or advance political dialogues between armed groups, governments and international organisations in conflict situations.
ODS was contracted by DAG to conduct a salary benchmarking study.
Our vision is to see a world in which civil society contributes actively, effectively and efficiently to achieve peaceful, democratic, green and fair communities. ODS therefore aims to help civil society organise in order to achieve greater impact. We do this through our four areas of practice: Organisational Development, Monitoring & Evaluation, Strategy and Toolkits & Facilitation
