Stichting de Noordzee (SDN)/ The North Sea Foundation has been working on the protection and sustainable use of the North Sea for 35 years. The Foundation focuses on four goals: Protected Nature, Clean Sea, Sustainable Fisheries and Environmentally-Friendly Energy. Together with others they are working on solving the biggest environmental challenges in the North Sea.

Following an evaluation conducted by ODS, SDN commissioned us to assist with implementing the recommendations of the evaluation report. These included providing support, advice and training to SDN's transition team; exploring more efficient methods of working as well as relationship building amongst team members.
