CONCORD is the European confederation of Relief and Development NGOs. It is made up of member organisations:  28 national associations, 25 international networks and 4 associate members that represent more than 2,600 NGOs, supported by millions of citizens across Europe. CONCORD is a member-led organisation which means that the members give the strategic direction of the confederation.

ODS was contracted by CONCORD to conduct the mid-term review of its strategy, with a focus on its 2020- 2022 change objectives. The review set out to help guide CONCORD in its strategy implementation over the next half of the strategy period.
