EU Observer
EUobserver is a not-for-profit, independent online newspaper established in Brussels in 2000. EU Observer values free thinking and plain speech and aims to support European democracy by giving people the information they need to hold the EU establishment to account.
We undertook a forward-looking evaluation of EU Observer which looked into the organisation's journalistic concept and its operations, management and governance.
Our vision is to see a world in which civil society contributes actively, effectively and efficiently to achieve peaceful, democratic, green and fair communities. ODS therefore aims to help civil society organise in order to achieve greater impact. We do this through our four areas of practice: Organisational Development, Monitoring & Evaluation, Strategy and Toolkits & Facilitation
