The EEB is Europe’s largest network of environmental citizens' organisations. We bring together over 160 civil society organisations from more than 35 European countries. We stand for sustainable development, environmental justice & participatory democracy.

ODS provided management training for all EEB staff with line management responsibilities. Prior to the training, our team conducted interviews and document review to understand EEB internal functioning. ODS drafted a report after the training, which contained our recommendations for better ways of managing and supervising the work of EEB colleagues as well as an overview of concrete good management and leadership characteristics.
