European Institue of Peace
The European Institute of Peace designs and delivers sustainable peace processes and agreements. They provide practical experience, technical expertise and policy advice on conflict resolution.
Their vision is a world where people live in safety and peace because conflicts and grievances are resolved through inclusive dialogue and lasting political agreements.
In 2015, ODS was commissioned to work with the European Institute for Peace on an organisational development consultancy and review project requiring the analysis of financial and operational structures. In 2019, the EIP commissioned ODS to accompany the institute in a restructuring project.
Our vision is to see a world in which civil society contributes actively, effectively and efficiently to achieve peaceful, democratic, green and fair communities. ODS therefore aims to help civil society organise in order to achieve greater impact. We do this through our four areas of practice: Organisational Development, Monitoring & Evaluation, Strategy and Toolkits & Facilitation
