Oxfam Solidariteit is based in Belgium and works towards helping women, men and children to get out of poverty through development projects, emergency aid and raising awareness.
ODS supported Oxfam Solidariteit in a participatory consultation with its staff to develop Oxfam's capabilities in its vision, planning, leadership, culture and communication.
Our vision is to see a world in which civil society contributes actively, effectively and efficiently to achieve peaceful, democratic, green and fair communities. ODS therefore aims to help civil society organise in order to achieve greater impact. We do this through our four areas of practice: Organisational Development, Monitoring & Evaluation, Strategy and Toolkits & Facilitation
