Zero Waste Europe is creating a movement to eliminate waste in our society. It empowers communities and change agents from around Europe to redesign their relationship with resources, to adapt their lifestyle, their consumption patterns, and to think circular.

We undertook an organisational review of Zero Waste Europe, taking stock of the network's activities, ways of working and set-up. The review resulted in a comprehensive set of recommendations to ensure that ZWE is able to work effectively in the future and respond to opportunities for growth. We achieved this through a combination of desk research, interviews and roundtable discussions.
