Ioana Banach is the Strategic Management and Operations Lead in ODS, and is tasked, among others, with spearheading our strategic initiatives, providing guidance on programme management, and promoting value-driven HR policies. Ioana is dedicated to nurturing a collaborative, horizontal approach to teamwork not only within our organisation, but also through her work with ODS clients.

Ioana has extensive experience in European affairs and feminist leadership, having led and co-founded multiple European organisations in the field of Green politics, women’s health and political activism.

Throughout her career, Ioana has initiated many European programmes to promote more and better non-formal education and capacity-building as tools to encourage political activism and citizens’ involvement in European democracy.
